Comfort and great location Positive: Owner communication and helpfulness were outstanding. As a work group we needed space, functionality and fast wifi - all of which were provided!

Property needs a face lift to justify the cost Positive: Easy to access and central location. The place was large with sufficient rooms to house a large group. The access and view of golf course was very pleasant. Negative: Property was quiet tired and not to expectation. The toilet had problems that was extremely inconvenient with a large group. however the owner fixed it as soon as possible. The sporting equipments were broken and lower floor rooms had musty smell

It’s a wonderful property! Pool table needs repair and the third bathroom needs a lot of work to be done before letting it out.

overall the property is good to stay for an small to median family Positive: really good location which is close to most our activities and needs，nice and quite street，most rooms and living room are good。 Negative: the only room down base maybe haven't been use for while，bed-linings at this room is not clean as other room does。also the bathroom from same base level is old。

Great spot with plenty of room in the heart of Rotorua. Clean and modern. Backs onto the golf course which is super nice for sunset etc
