It’s a wonderful property! Pool table needs repair and the third bathroom needs a lot of work to be done before letting it out.

overall the property is good to stay for an small to median family Positive: really good location which is close to most our activities and needs，nice and quite street，most rooms and living room are good。 Negative: the only room down base maybe haven't been use for while，bed-linings at this room is not clean as other room does。also the bathroom from same base level is old。

Great spot with plenty of room in the heart of Rotorua. Clean and modern. Backs onto the golf course which is super nice for sunset etc

Great location and home, totally enjoyed our stay. Positive: Great configuration of house with two separate units accessible as one. Games room was great for us and the kids. Negative: Water pressure at times was low, but otherwise great.

Great place for a big group to stay, particularly if you’re Mountain Biking as it’s 5 mins away. Positive: Nice enough place but wouldn’t call it luxury. Furnished well and nice to be on the golf course fringe. Good location being close to the city but handy to get to a lot of the nearby destinations. Negative: Kitchen is very small because it’s two joined flats rather than one big house. The converted garage down the bottom isn’t in the greatest condition, weird dirt or mould on some of the walls and the adjoining bedroom is pretty average. The pool table is basically unusable because everything is damaged so badly. For luxury I’d expect a BBQ and maybe a spa or pool - seems it had a pool but it’s been boarded up. Sleeping 10 people is nice but hard with only 2 bathrooms.
