Positive: View was amazing Negative: The beds are abit hard and the couch was not screwed together on one side just fell off so we got some screw tops to put it on properly, it was just resting there could be dangerous :)

Positive: Scenery were beautiful There was nothing bad about the house

Enjoyable stay with a few speed bumps along the way ! Positive: Location was lovely, views were spectacular. Cooktop and wall oven were fabulous. Nice warm environment for a family catch up. Great location for walking and recreating at the beach. Negative: The lack of pillows per bed, no pillow slips on Euro cushions. There was one teaspoon and four forks in the property (clearly not adequate to accomodate the amount of guests). Property wasn’t very well maintained (cobwebs, outdoor furniture broken and some laying in the garden bed) fridge was dirty. We also had a blown water hose in the cistern during our stay resulting in the carpet being wet and odour containing. (The property owners friend did respond the following day and assisted in fixing the toilet) The linen lady arrived @ 930am before our check out and was quite insistent on stripping the bedding and counting towels! My husband was still showering so I found this quite rude and a little disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay . Easy check in. Clean and good communication. Positive: The views and spaces Negative: The beds were way too Hard!

Clean, quiet, great getaway. House includes everything needed for a short or long stay. Weather was rainy & windy during our visit, but the views to Shakespeare Regional Park and Tiritiri Matangi were still a great feature.
