Positive: Very comfortable and modern residence, easily accommodated our party. Incredible views of Queenstown, and surrounding landscape! Negative: Not much not to like, if I'm really searching for a constructive comment, I would remind anyone staying there that the residence is a little up the mountain, so it may be a little work to walk down to the lake.and walk by the lake, as many like to do. But this is not a significant criticism at all. You can't get the views without being higher up :)

overall enjoyed our stay but a few things could have made it so much better Positive: The views are amazing, good lay out overall. Property was clean and tidy. Negative: The air conditioning system struggled and wasn’t capable of supporting the different areas.The kitchen was disappointing, not enough good quality, pots, pans, glasses, knives etc, expected better. Disappointed there is no longer a barbecue facility and spa at the property.
